More Than A Kid, Inc. is a non-profit organization developing and directing programs that help school-aged children improve their reading, writing and communication skills.

Responsibilities & Duties:

Note -The responsiblities and duties of this position are not limited to the items listed below.

Assist in planning and implementing program's lesson and develpoment plans.
Supervise particpants in the absence of Lead Literacy Coach.
Assist Lead Literacy Coach with preparation of learning enivronment.
Attend team meetings, teleconferences, and/or trainings. Note: Meetings are unpaid events.
Assist Lead Literacy Coach in implementing and conducting activities that lead to emotional, intellectual and social development of the participating students.
Report to Lead Literacy Coach with any probelms or issues that may arise with the participants of the program, other staff/interns, or any matter that may affect job/attendance functions.
Maintain professionalism.

Requirements:

Must be available to work 1 - 5 hours per week (as needed).
Must have own transportation.
